Who do you work with?

I work specifically with dance schools and studio owners. My background as a qualified dance teacher and studio administrator means I understand how dance studios operate both creatively and behind the scenes. 

Do you only work with new studios?

No. I support both new and established studios. Whether you’re launching for the first time or looking to improve your current systems, support can be tailored to your needs. 

Do you offer one off projects or ongoing support?

Both. I offer:

• Website builds

• Studio launch packages

• Ongoing monthly admin support

• Digital templates for self-implementation

We can discuss what feels right for your studio.

Will I own my website? 

Yes.

Your domain name and Wix premium plan are purchased in your name, meaning you retain full ownership of your website. If you no longer require my services, the website remains yours.

Will I need to purchase anything seperatly?

Yes.

You will need to purchase:

• A domain name

• A Wix Premium Plan

I can handle the setup for you, but these costs are billed separately to ensure the website is fully owned by you.

How long does a website build usually take?

Typically 2 – 4 weeks depending on responsiveness, content provided and project scope.

Clear communication helps keep everything moving smoothly.

How does monthly admin support work?

Admin support is offered on a monthly retainer basis.

This means you secure a set number of hours per week or month, and I manage agreed tasks such as:

• Parent communication

• Booking system management

• Payment tracking

• Website updates

• General studio administration

Support is structured and agreed in advance to ensure clarity.

Is there is minimum term?

For new admin clients, a minimum 3-month commitment is usually recommended to allow systems to properly settle and improve.

After this, a 30-day notice period applies.

What if I’m not sure how much support I need? 

We can start with a discovery call to assess your current setup. From there, I’ll recommend a suitable package based on your studio size and workload. 

Are all templates editable? 

Yes. All templates are fully editable so you can personalise them to your studio branding and policies. 

Are these suitable for new studios? 

Absolutely. Many templates are ideal for new or smaller studios wanting to start with professional structure in place. 

Do templates replace admin support? 

Templates provide structure, but they don’t replace ongoing management. If you need implementation or continued support, admin packages may be more suitable. 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Structured instalment options are available for larger projects such as website builds and launch packages.

Ongoing monthly retainers are payable in advance.

What happens if I no longer need support?

You can provide written notice in line with your agreement. Any completed work remains yours, and your website will stay fully accessible to you.
