Studio Support Services exists to support dance studio owners by taking care of the behind‑the‑scenes administration, reducing mental load, and helping studios run smoothly so owners can focus on teaching, creativity, and growth.

Studio Support Services was created to support dance school owners behind the scenes with structure, organisation and calm systems that allow studios to grow confidently.
After working as a professional dancer and qualified dance teacher, I moved into a leadership role within a dance and childcare company, where I managed full studio administration alongside teaching. From booking systems and website updates to parent communication and operational organisation, I handled the day-to-day processes that keep a studio running smoothly.
Through that experience, I saw first-hand how overwhelming the administrative side of running a dance school can become. Many studio owners are juggling teaching, choreography, exams, performances and staff all while trying to stay on top of emails, payments and systems.
Studio Support Services was built to ease that pressure.
I combine industry knowledge with practical digital systems experience to support studios efficiently and professionally. Whether it’s building a website, organising booking systems, or providing ongoing admin support, my goal is simple:
To give dance school owners the structure they need so they can focus on teaching and growing their studio.
My passion for dance and love for organisation naturally led me to create Studio Support Services. I genuinely understand both sides of running a studio the creative and the operational and I’m here to support you with the parts that often get pushed to the bottom of the to-do list.
